The interior is lined with reclaimed military grade parachute silk giving a soft feel to the inside of the bag. The material of the hose that this bag is made from is very robust and durable that will soften over time with use but never losses it’s innate strength making it perfect for a messenger bag. It features a full length flap with hidden magnet closures to help keep your valuables safe and secure inside. It also features an internal zip pocket for wallets, keys or phones, a laptop divider that can fit a laptop up to 13″ for work or class and one full length zipped pocket underneath the flap giving you extra storage. The bag is water resistant due to the nature of the material and can be wiped clean with ease, it is completely vegan friendly with no leather being used. Elvis & Kresse fell in love with London’s decommissioned fire-hose back in 2005 through a chance encounter with the London Fire Brigade. They took this lifesaving material home determined to breathe new life into it and save it from its otherwise inevitable end in landfill, and vowed to donate 50% of our profits to charity. For over a decade they have been rescuing all of London’s retired fire-hose by lovingly handcrafting them into sustainable luxury bags and accessories.
