This range of brushes by Daler-Rowney features 6 various blends of hair, natural, synthetic and blends of natural and synthetic together. Most of the brushes in this range are Synthetic which is great for acrylic and a good all rounder or they are Natural Bristle which are fantastic for oil and decent for acrylic. Additionally there are 3 other blends specifically well suited for watercolour techniques which are Pony & Synthetic, Black Goat and White Goat. This long handled brush is made from natural bristle making it an ideal choice for oil painters. This brush is a Filbert brush featuring a thick ferrule with hairs in the shape of an oval. Filberts are particularly effective in blending work, typically of a figurative nature.
